Phil & Chris {Delaware Wedding Photographer}

Chris and I go way back.  Like, seriously WAAAAYYYYY back.  I found this picture of us hanging out in a playpen in our diapers (I’m in the back):

Our dads went to high school together and the group of their friends would plan camping trips every year.  I’m pretty sure it was during a trip to Hershey Park that we became friends and started writing to each other.

We lost touch at some point and recently found each other via facebook.  I was so excited when she got engaged and asked me to photograph her wedding!  I met up with her and fiance, Phil, in Annapolis for their engagement session and dinner.  🙂

Phyllis Simard - Hello Erin,

I’m the mom of the groom-to-be. The slide show of Phil and Christine was fantastic! The proof of that is that it brought happy tears to my eyes. I have no doubt that we’ll all love the wedding photos. Look forward to meeting you.

Thanks,

Phyllis Simard

Carrie S - That’s so cool! I love old pics! 🙂

Jeanne Marie Rowan - Thank you for capturing Chris and Phil in such magical but earthly moments as they live their daily lives . . . who knows with your magical eye you could be very gainfully employed by the Labar-Rowan Clan for years to come 🙂

Darrel - Kathie and I look forward to witnessing your wonderful day.

Take care,
Darrel

My Kids {Delaware Children’s Photographer}

I’ve been eyeing up a gorgeous field of yellow wildflowers for two weeks now and when I finally got around to packing the kids up and taking them over there, we found that it had just been cut down that morning.  🙁

Luckily, I found a great field of daisies right across the street!

Erin Callaway - Adorable pictures! I love the last one of your son… priceless… Can I ask you where you got his shirt. It’s so stinking cute!

Erin - Hi Erin! I actually made it myself — just an iron-on decal from Michael’s on a plain white t-shirt. Super easy!

Erin Callaway - Thanks!! I’ll have to head over to Michaels tomorrow and check them out!!!!
