This family is so full of laughter and love, it was a joy to photograph the whole clan!  And if you went through the Appoquinimink School District, you’ll probably recognize the matriarch of the family.  :)

The B Family had initially set up one big family session for the grandparents and cousins and then called to add on another session for just their family.  They really wanted some images of just them being . . .well, themselves.   They wanted a more photojournalist/lifestyle feel to their session and I love shooting that kind of stuff!

We started out at their beach house and then heading out to the Ocean City boardwalk.  There is so much love in their family and I had a blast hanging out with them.  :)

Mom kept telling me how she hates how she looks in pictures and I hope this one changes her mind.

It was a slow start to get this tiny little guy asleep.  We were almost to the point of figuring out a time when I could come back another day!  But we cranked the heat up one more time and that seemed to do the trick.

Congratulations M Family!  I loved meeting your new addition :)

Baby M was a whopping 12 pounds, 1 ounce at birth.  Go back and read that again.  Yup, I said TWELVE pounds, one ounce.  God bless his momma.  :)

Not only is he my biggest newborn to date, he’s also my strongest.  He really gave me a run for money to get him into position.  But we were able to get some great shots of this perfect guy.

Congratulations R Family!  He is just precious.  :)

This little guy was just about the snuggliest little thing ever!  And all that blond hair . . . . can you even stand it?!?!  And he was so calm.  Check him out:

Congratulations C Family!  He’s absolutely perfect.  :)

This little beauty was born just before Christmas and I got to squeeze in a session with her before we left for vacation. She was just a calm and alert baby!

Big brother wanted nothing to do with getting his picture taken with his little sister.  This picture just made me smile.

Congratulations!  She is perfect.  :)

I met up with this super fun family on a chilly morning in Odessa.  Little brother was too cold to give me many smiles, but big brother was quite the poser!  I loved how well he followed directions.  I know mom has been anxiously awaiting this long-overdue sneak peek.  But, lucky for her, her gallery will be ready in another day or so! :)

We really lucked out this year weather-wise for mini sessions.  Last year, we had to reschedule several times due to rain.  But Sunday was PERFECT!  Thanks for coming out! :)

Just two of my favorites from my quick session with this gorgeous mama the other evening.

I met up with this beautiful family Monday morning for a session with all the children and grandchildren.  I’ll admit, when I walked in the door and saw three boys ages 2,3 and 4 plus a 9 month old little girl, I thought I was going to have my work cut out for me!  But the boys were AMAZING!  They listened to everything I said and have some amazing blue eyes to boot!

Once the more posed images were taken care of, we just let the boys have fun!
