February 27, 2011Jamaica – Part Two {Negril, Jamaica Destination Wedding Photographer}
February 24, 2011Onto the good stuff! Every wedding day should start out lounging at the beach:
A quick shower and then we were off to the spa.
And one of me and the bride and groom. Hate the way I look here (my contacts were irritating my eyes and I had to wear my glasses) but I still love having a picture of me with the bride and groom. I’m going to have to start doing this at every wedding.
And just because the wedding was over, doesn’t mean the pictures are! The next day, we did a trash the dress session! Oh yes! Pictures from that coming soon . . .

February 23, 2011Jamaica – Part One {Destination Wedding Photographer}
February 23, 2011I had the unbelievable pleasure of heading down to Sandals Negril in Jamaica for Kristy and Darryl’s wedding last week. Their families were so incredibly sweet and welcomed me into the group with open arms. Kristy made it clear that before and after the wedding, I was to be their guest for the rest of my time there. Thank you guys so much for having me photograph your wedding! It was so incredibly beautiful there and the weather was just perfect. Oh, and the ocean? I could have seriously stayed there all day long. It was amazing how far out you could walk and only be up to your waist!
Rehearsal Dinner
I snuck away for a bit to try to catch the sunset. It was cloudy, but the colors were so pretty! A man hobbled by with wooden peg leg, long dreadlocks and a guitar.

February 21, 2011Baby M {Delaware Newborn Photographer}
February 19, 2011Baby M was a whopping 12 pounds, 1 ounce at birth. Go back and read that again. Yup, I said TWELVE pounds, one ounce. God bless his momma. :)
Not only is he my biggest newborn to date, he’s also my strongest. He really gave me a run for money to get him into position. But we were able to get some great shots of this perfect guy.
Congratulations R Family! He is just precious. :)
Downtown Dover {Delaware Family Photographer}
February 6, 2011I had such a busy fall season, some of my sessions went without being blogged. The G Family was one of those. Christine and I met when our daughters (now 3 years old) were only about 5 months old. We’ve both since added little brothers to the mix (hers are less than a year apart!). I wasn’t sure how it would go with two toddlers, but the kids were terrific! Like seriously awesome. I only had to bribe them with candy a few times. :)
Kalie & Chris {Delaware Wedding Photographer}
February 3, 2011I first met Kalie and Chris 2.5 years ago when I photographed Grant and Gwenyth’s wedding. At the time, Kalie told me, they were not even close to getting married, but she picked up one of my cards, saw my work, loved it, and kept my card. Then, when she did get engaged, she called me up! Come to find out, I also photographed another one of their groomsmen’s weddings.
Here’s a little flashback to Kalie and Chris circa 2008
You really couldn’t have asked for a better January day for their wedding. Snow covered all the trees and we even had a few light flurries throughout the day. Kalie looked beautiful and the whole day went off without a hitch! Big thanks to Jenn Glasser for shooting with me (several of the images on here are hers)
Ceschaphe looked amazing, as usual.
