The C Family

October 30, 2010

What a great idea to get your whole family together for a big family photo? And they all coordinated so well. :)

The littlest grandson was such a trooper!  They had been in the car a while when they got there, so I was expecting him to be a bit cranky, but this was literally the very first solo shot of him!

and the two older grandsons who were such good sports.

and my favorite — the two that started it all.  :)

My loves

October 26, 2010

I’ve been so busy lately and I never got the chance to do an ‘official’ 3 year old and  1 year old session for Molly and CJ.  I had grand plans in mind, too.  :(

But, time is slipping away, so I threw some cute clothes on them and on the way to Grammie and Grampy’s house for dinner, we stopped off on the side of the road for a quick session (it lasted a total of about 25 minutes).  CJ wasn’t cooperating, but Molly was.  Sort of . . .there was a lollipop bribe involved.

I asked her to pose like a princess and this is what I got:

CJ is really interested in anything in the sky right now.

We really lucked out this year weather-wise for mini sessions.  Last year, we had to reschedule several times due to rain.  But Sunday was PERFECT!  Thanks for coming out! :)

We had to change our location for Saturday’s mini sessions, but it worked out perfectly since we had the most perfect location for gorgeous fall photos!  delaware child and family photographer, old new castle

My Life

October 18, 2010

After a busy day of mini sessions on Sunday, I had a little time to relax during dinner at my parent’s house.  And what did I do?  Get out my camera and take some pictures, of course!  My kids were not being too cooperative.  CJ was in a terrible, whiny mood all weekend due to teething and all he wanted was Daddy.

Molly had been to two birthday parties over the weekend and was on a serious sugar meltdown.  Those are pink spider webs on her face.  She was SOOOO excited about going to the party because she knew there was going to be a face painter there.  All she talked about was how she wanted a pink spider that covered her eyes.

Thankfully, my nephew was a willing participant.

It was a PERFECT day for a wedding!  Mark and Deanna (and their entire bridal party) looked amazing.  It was such a please sure spend the day with such a wonderful group of people.  Deanna’s mom even packed up a whole plate of food for me as we left their house to get to the ceremony.  Thanks again, Mrs. K! :)

Coming down the steps so Dad can see his baby girl all ready.

I love how they are looking at each other in this next picture.

Cescaphe looked AMAZING!

Deanna and Mark had a bunch of old wedding photos out during cocktail hour and it was so cute when they showed Mark’s grandmother her own wedding picture.

I’ve been giddy with how many newborns I’ve been able to cuddle on lately!  Little Michael was just about as cute as they come — I could not get enough of his fuzzy hair.  :)

I met up with this super cute and silly family a few days ago in Old New Castle.  What a fun place to shoot!  There were so many great old buildings and even a great little dock!

Great seeing you guys again!  Hope you enjoy your sneak peek :)
